Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pay with a credit/debit card?

Yes you can, click on "Paypal or pay with paypal" during checkout and you will see a window pop-up and the option to "pay with debit or credit card". Enter the payment info and continue as guest to pay. No PayPal account needed.

When are orders ready?

Orders will be ready in 1-3 days and are fulfilled in chronological order. We will send an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Thank you for your support and understanding!

When and where do I pick up my Ice Cream?

Orders can be picked up at Frances bakehouse (127 Gun Beach Rd Unit 103, Tumon, Guam 96913) between 7AM - 2PM Wed-Sun

What if I didn't pick-up my order?

We can only hold your order for 30 days. If we don’t hear from you or the order isn’t picked up, it will unfortunately be canceled at the end of the holding period. Please ensure you pick up your order or make arrangements within this timeframe.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we offer no refunds but we can accommodate with any issues or concerns. Please email us your issues or concerns and order number at help@sundaysguam.com
